Add load to the basics. Weighted dips, weighted chin-ups, push/pull balance, and periodisation are designed for athletes chasing strength and competition performance.

High bar squat technique and progressive loading for calisthenics athletes. Covers mobility prerequisites, positional work, and structured strength blocks.
